Previously our emphasis was on Health, Life and General Insurance; but now we are focusing on Health and Medical Insurance. The reason of course, is that the short term is far more important in cases of accident or serious illness and loss.
As independent intermediary, we are dedicated to provide the best value for money without allegiance towards any particular insurance company. We always put ourselves in clients’ position and we merely work for our clients instead of for the insurance companies.

Business within our office is conducted in both Bahasa Indonesia and in English. Our staffs are able to discuss with our clients in both languages. The first step we take is an informal, introductory session, to ascertain our clients’ objectives and to demonstrate how the jobs are to be dealt with. There is no fee for this meeting. We also communicate effectively by e-mail and by phone, and you will receive a responsive and efficient service at all times.
